Our approach

What happens after
the first order matters.

We propose a shared view of acquisition costs, completed orders and repeat purchases. Together, we define which costs to include and how much data is needed to make a decision.

Paid media
Website or app
First completed order
Repeat purchases
Acquisition payback

New-customer cost

The agreed acquisition costs divided by new customers with a first completed order. Media-only and full acquisition costs are tracked separately.

Repeat purchase

The share of new customers who place another completed order within an agreed period. Compare groups with the same observation time.

Order contribution

Revenue after discounts and refunds, less agreed variable costs, including relevant food and delivery costs.

Payback time

When a customer group's cumulative order contribution covers its acquisition costs. This does not measure total company profit.

One working cycle

Turn customer insight into the next campaign decision.

01

Understand the starting point

Review campaign spend, orders, customer data and the business constraints that shape growth.

02

Define what to test

Use available reviews, support conversations and customer research to identify reasons to buy, objections and offers worth testing.

03

Create and test

Produce static and video creative, adapt it to placements and test messages within the agreed scope.

04

Decide what comes next

Review acquisition and sales results, adjust budget allocation and set the next round of tests.

Before we start

The questions worth settling early.

Scope and fees depend on your growth challenge, budget and available data. Media spend and agency fees are agreed separately.

How do we know if we’re a good fit for each other?

We focus on established foodtech businesses with real sales, a working purchase journey and a goal to scale paid acquisition. Our ideal fit has the potential to invest $100k+ a month in paid media and can share the data needed to evaluate results.

What if our current ad budget is lower?

Current spend is one part of the conversation. We also consider your business model, growth potential and available data. A lower current budget does not automatically rule out a fit.

Can you work with websites and apps?

We start by reviewing the purchase journey and available order data. For an app, we first assess event tracking and any integration work required. The two case studies on this page cover website and lead-based sales journeys.

What data will you need?

Campaign spend, orders, customer identifiers that distinguish new and returning buyers, cancellations, refunds, repeat purchases and agreed variable costs. Access and data handling are defined before work begins.

How do you approach repeat orders?

Repeat orders help us evaluate acquisition quality. Return-customer campaigns can be included in the agreed scope. Product experience, fulfilment and customer communications also depend on your team.

How are your fees set?

After agreeing the scope, responsibilities and measurement approach. Media spend is separate from agency fees. If a variable fee is included, its calculation and conditions are defined in the agreement.

When can we assess results?

Once there is enough data over an agreed purchase cycle. Early campaign signals and confirmed acquisition payback require different observation periods; timing is set for the project.
